I don't get why Cathryn was so bothered by those burned out lights on the sign, I mean, it's just a little imperfection . But I guess if you're gonna point something out, you should be all in on fixing it too . Kudos to Neil Weinberg for taking it upon himself and not leaving it to someone else. It's always good to see people looking out for the little things that can make a big difference. And I'm glad they could get the sign replaced so fast , now everyone can enjoy the exhibit on Ella Jenkins !
lol what's the big deal? I mean don't get me wrong, it's kinda cool that Neil Weinberg went out of his way to fix the Chicago Children's Museum sign... but 48 hours is just, like, a snap . You'd think they've got people on speed dial or something . And, umm, Ella Jenkins? Spinning tops? That sounds like something my kid would play with at home . Not saying it's not cool and all that... but priorities, you know?
omg, I'm literally loving this story!!! Neil Weinberg is like the ultimate unsung hero! He took one person's comment and turned it into a whole thing because he cares about what his readers want. And it's so cool that he got to meet people at the museum and see their exhibit on Ella Jenkins, she sounds amazing btw! The fact that it was fixed in under 48 hours is just crazy, shows how fast action can happen when someone speaks up. Can't wait for more columns from Neil!
I gotta say, I'm all for people advocating for stuff, but sometimes it feels like we're getting a bit carried away . Like, burning out some lights on a sign at Navy Pier? I get it, it's not perfect, but was it really that big of a deal to draw attention to it? Neil Weinberg is all about tackling "small matters in big ways", and while it's great he did, can't we just focus on the bigger fish for once ? On the other hand, I'm also stoked that he got some results and helped get the job done quickly. And hey, showcasing Ella Jenkins' spinning tops is a cool exhibit!
omg, i cant believe that one email from cathryn was able to make a difference ! its awesome that neil weinberg stepped up and got involved . who knew that fixing the kids museum sign could be such a big deal? i mean, those spinning tops from ella jenkins sound like so much fun โ. and its cool that the museum is showing an exhibit about her - she sounds like a total legend ! anyway, kudos to weinberg for being proactive and making things happen
