I was just thinking, have you guys ever noticed how some popcorn flavors are way better when they're stale? Like, Caramel and Cheese Dippers at the movies - once they get all stale and crunchy, it's like a whole new snack experience But try to eat them when they're still fresh and soggy... not great. Anyway, back to politics... I'm just wondering if we'll ever see a president who doesn't take things so personally... or at least tries to keep the drama down
the fact that trump can say such hurtful things in public without any consequence is super disturbing... like what kinda culture allows this kind of behavior to continue? omar's right, though - she needs help too, not just him... we should all be calling out this kind of xenophobia and Islamophobia before it becomes normalized.
