Boat strikes: War crime or "fake news" hoax?

US War Crimes: Trump's Ministry of Misinformation

The United States military has been involved in a string of deadly incidents that have left over 83 people dead, mostly suspected of carrying drugs on their boats. However, instead of investigating these crimes thoroughly, the Trump administration is peddling an alternative narrative that paints them as "fake news" hoaxes.

According to reports, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has been accused of ordering the killing of two survivors who clung to a wreckage after being struck by a missile. The victims were allegedly on a boat suspected of carrying drugs, but the Coast Guard later admitted that 21% of boarded boats don't have drugs on them and in over 200 interdictions last year, deadly force was never used.

Despite this evidence, the Trump administration is now dismissing these incidents as "misinterpretations" by mainstream media. The right-wing media machine, which has built a narrative around Trump's power and reputation, refuses to tolerate any facts that disrupt this narrative. Even after the White House confirmed some of the core facts, MAGA media outlets didn't correct themselves but instead shifted from claims of falsehood to justification.

In fact, the same machinery of denial is being used to excuse war crimes committed by Trump's administration on other fronts. Climate change? Hoax. Trump's stolen-documents scandal? Hoax. Charlottesville white nationalist rally? Hoax. The Trump–Epstein connection? Hoax. Even the affordability crisis is now a hoax.

However, not everyone in the Republican Party and right-wing media is buying this narrative. Some have broken ranks to condemn these incidents as war crimes. Judge Andrew Napolitano has called for Hegseth to be prosecuted, while even top Trump sycophant Laura Loomer is warning against "war-profiteering stupidity."

At its core, the issue here is that Trump's administration has abandoned any pretense of truth and objectivity. The reality is that Trump has expanded presidential war powers, revived the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelans and others with no due process, ignored court orders, and imposed tariffs for arbitrary reasons.

The MAGA movement has become a ministry of misinformation, where if Trump or his allies do it, it's good. If the media reports it, it's fake. If critics object, it's a hoax. This is what happens when you try to make the military lethal again - the left cries war crimes.

I'm low-key impressed by how well the US has mastered the art of gaslighting... I mean, "misinformation". 🙄 Like, who needs facts when you've got a Ministry of Misinformation that's been trained to peddle conspiracy theories and make you question your own sanity? 😂 It's like they say, if it can't be confirmed by multiple sources, it's fake news. Not exactly the most reassuring message for global citizens 🌎👀

Can you believe this? The US is like that one uncle who always tries to justify why they're still wearing the same outfit from 2001 😂. First, it's "fake news" about their wars, then it's "hoax" about climate change... I mean, come on! 🤣 They can't even keep track of what's real and what's not anymore. And poor Defense Secretary Hegseth, getting roasted for ordering the killing of two people who just wanted to survive? That's like me trying to tell my friend that their mom's cooking is "fake news" 😂. Not gonna fly! 🚫

🙄 I'm so tired of people accepting this narrative as fact. Like, did we really forget how Trump was all about expanding presidential war powers and ignoring court orders? 🤯 The media isn't fake news, it's just reporting on what actually happens when you have a president who thinks they're above the law. And by the way, 21% of boarded boats don't have drugs on them? That's not exactly a tiny number. It's like, come on people, do some actual fact-checking here.

And another thing, if we start calling all incidents involving Trump "hoaxes", that just opens up a Pandora's box of skepticism towards every single news story ever told. What about when Obama did something? Was it a hoax then too?

It's not like I'm saying the media is perfect, but at least they have some standards of objectivity to work with. Can we please just focus on holding our politicians accountable instead of playing this whole "fake news" game? 🙄

omg can't believe what's goin on 🤯 US military killin people over drugs on boats and now they're tryin to spin it as fake news 📰 meanwhile we got a admin that thinks climate change is a hoax ⛅️ like, come on fam! not everyone is buying this narrative 🙄 some ppl in the republican party r speakin out against these incidents 🗣️ even someone like laura loomer who's usually with trump is callin it out as war profiteering stupidity 🤦‍♀️ we need truth and objectivity back in washington 📚 not this ministry of misinformation 💔

omg u gotta read this!! 🤯 i'm literally shook rn the trump admin is spreading so much misinformation and disinfo it's crazy they're trying to cover up all these war crimes and instead of taking responsibility, they're blaming the media like what even is that? 🙄 also, judge napolitano is a total legend for calling out heghseth and i love laura loomer for speaking truth to power 💖 this whole thing is just so messed up

I'm low-key freaking out about this 🤯 Trump's Ministry of Misinformation is wild. I mean, 83 people dead and they're just calling it "fake news"? That's not just misleading, that's straight-up dishonest. And now they're doing it on climate change too? Come on! 🌡️

I don't get why some people still think Trump is the best thing since sliced bread. Have you seen his track record on war crimes and human rights? It's sketchy at best. I'm with Judge Andrew Napolitano on this one, we need to hold people in power accountable for their actions. 🤝

And can we talk about how Laura Loomer is suddenly "concerned" about war-profiteering? Gimmie a break! 😒 If you're gonna be against it when it's convenient for you, then what's your real motive?

Anyway, I'm just saying, if Trump's minions call it a hoax, that just means we need to dig deeper and find the truth. No more playing games or hiding behind misinformation 📰

I'm low-key shocked by how far down the rabbit hole Trump's got us 🐰💥 I mean, 83 people dead and we're still debating whether it was all just a big misunderstanding 😂 But seriously though, if you're gonna label whole wars of aggression as "hoaxes", you might as well just start calling your hairpiece a toupee too 😂👀

I'M SO SICK OF THIS TRUMP ADMINISTRATION'S MINISTRY OF MISINFORMATION!!! 🚫💔 they're trying to cover up these WAR CRIMES left and right, but some ppl are finally speaking out! Judge Andrew Napolitano is a total hero for calling for Hegseth's prosecution 🙌 and even Laura Loomer is starting to see the truth 🤦‍♀️. it's all about TRUMP'S POWER & REPUTATION at this point, no matter how many lives are lost or rights are trampled. climate change, stolen documents, charlottesville... every single thing is just a HOAX in their minds 🤯. we need to hold our leaders accountable for the truth! 💪

🤔 I'm low-key shocked that this is still happening under Trump's watch. The way they're spinning these incidents as "hoaxes" and trying to silence critics is just unbelievable. It's like, come on guys, you can't even acknowledge when you've done something wrong? 😒 And what's up with the right-wing media machine always being one step ahead of fact-checking? They're basically creating their own reality show, and it's getting out of hand! 📺 The fact that some people are still buying into this narrative is just mind-blowing. I mean, even Laura Loomer is saying that war-profiteering stupidity is a thing? 🙄 It's like, how can we trust anyone in the Trump camp anymore? 😕 Anyway, it just goes to show that power and misinformation go hand-in-hand, and we need to stay vigilant when it comes to holding people in power accountable. 💯

I'm low-key freaking out about this whole situation 🤯🚨. The US government is just peddling misinformation like it's going out of style 📰💔, and it's unacceptable. Trump's administration is basically saying that if you're not on their side, you're a "hoaxer" 🙄, and that's not how we're supposed to govern ourselves as a society 💡.

It's not just these specific incidents either - I mean, come on, climate change being a hoax? That's like denying gravity itself 🌎💥. And what about all the war crimes Trump's administration has committed in other fronts? It's like they think they're above the law 🚫👮.

I'm so done with the right-wing media machine just spewing out conspiracy theories and propaganda without fact-checking 📺📰. We need to hold our leaders accountable for their actions, not make up fake news to cover their tracks 💯. Can't we all just get along (and truth-telling)? 🤗💖

The US military has been involved in some pretty shady incidents that have resulted in 83 deaths, and yet the Trump administration is trying to spin them as "fake news" 🚨. I'm not surprised though, this guy's got a reputation for being all about spin. The fact that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth allegedly ordered the killing of two survivors who were clinging to a wreckage after being hit by a missile is just crazy 😲. And let's not forget that the Coast Guard has admitted that 21% of boarded boats don't even have drugs on them! It's like they're trying to cover their tracks. The right-wing media machine is just enabling this by refusing to correct themselves when they get proven wrong 🤦‍♂️.

omg this is so crazy... i mean i know trump has been in some sketchy stuff but like isn't it weird that the media just accepts everything he says as true? 🤔 i was watching one of those conspiracy theory videos and the host said something about how if you believe one thing, you have to believe all the other things they say... so like what's going on here? is anyone actually checking facts anymore? 😕 btw has anyone seen that new season of "stranger things"? i need to catch up 📺

Oh my gosh 🤯 this is so not cool 😞 I'm literally shaking with anger thinking about all these people who got hurt and killed by the US military... it's like they're trying to silence everyone with their "fake news" narratives 📰😒 Pete Hegseth ordering the killing of those survivors? That's just insane! 💀 The fact that Trump's admin is trying to cover this up is, like, totally unacceptable 😡 Can't these people see how hurtful it is to the victims' families and loved ones?! ❤️ I'm so glad there are some brave souls like Judge Andrew Napolitano and Laura Loomer who are speaking out against these war crimes 🙌 We need more truth-tellers like them! 💯

I'm getting so tired of this 🙄... it feels like we're right back in the Bush era 🕰️ where the media was controlled by the government and everyone just went along with whatever was being said. And now, under Trump's admin, it's like they've taken that to a whole new level 😲... I mean, come on, 21% of boats don't have drugs? That's not "fake news", that's facts! 🤦‍♂️

And don't even get me started on the war crimes 🚫... it feels like we're reliving Vietnam all over again 🌴, where our leaders thought they could just do whatever they wanted and nobody would question them. But the thing is, the world has moved on so much since then 💨... we've got social media now to keep us accountable 😊.

I'm also worried about what's happening to our democracy 🤖... if the right-wing media machine can just dictate what's true and what's not, that's a recipe for disaster ⚠️. We need to stand up against this kind of misinformation and hold our leaders accountable 💪. It's time to take back control of the narrative 🔁.

I'm low-key impressed that some people in the Republican Party are starting to speak out against these incidents. It's about time someone held Trump accountable for his actions 🤔. The thing that really gets me is how they're trying to spin it as a narrative of "fake news" and "hoaxes". Like, if you're gonna deny something so blatantly obvious, at least have the decency to admit you don't know what's going on 😒.

It's not like Trump is above the law just because he's got a few Republican friends in his corner. If anyone should be held accountable for war crimes, it's him 🚫. And can we please get some real journalists on this story instead of just regurgitating whatever Trump and his minions feed them? I'm tired of seeing facts distorted to fit the narrative 💔.

I also think it's weird that people are still buying into the "MAGA movement is a ministry of misinformation" thing. Like, come on guys, get some critical thinking skills 🤓. It's not a conspiracy theory if it's true 🙅‍♂️.

💔 I'm getting so sick of this misinformation machine that Trump has built around himself 🤥. It's like he's declared war on truth itself and his right-wing media minions are just too scared to speak up 👊. Newsflash: just because you're a Republican doesn't mean you have to pretend like these incidents didn't happen 😕. And can we talk about how messed up it is that Trump thinks he can just deny reality and get away with it 🙄? It's not working, dude. More and more people are seeing right through the lies 💪. Even some of his own party members are starting to question him on this stuff 🤔. Maybe it's time for Trump to take a hard look at himself and admit that he's lost control of the narrative 📺. The American public deserves better than this Ministry of Misinformation 😡.

The US government's handling of these incidents is really shady 🤔. I mean, think about it, they're denying everything and calling it "fake news" just because it doesn't fit their narrative. And now, when some people are speaking out against this, like Judge Napolitano, they're basically saying that if you disagree with Trump, you're somehow part of the same machine as the media 📰. That's not how democracy works, right? We need to separate facts from opinions and hold our leaders accountable for their actions.

And let's be real, this isn't just about these specific incidents, it's a broader pattern of behavior from the Trump administration. They're always trying to distort reality and make it fit their agenda 💥. It's like they think they can control the narrative just by denying anything that might look bad for them 🙄. But we can't let that happen. We need to keep pushing for truth and transparency, even when it's hard 🔍.

man this is just like vietnam era stuff 🙅‍♂️ remember all those innocent ppl gettin killed in secret wars and nobody sayin nothin? same thing happenin here, but now it's trumps ministry of misinformation 📰 spreadin lies to cover up the truth. it's crazy how people who used to be against war are now callin it out as war crimes. judge napolitanos comments reminds me of norman spector from the hunt for red October 🚢, always speakin truth to power. and what's with all this "hoax" business? can't we just have a straight conversation about this stuff? instead it feels like trumps got his own news network 😒

🚨💥 OMG, can't believe this!!! The US government is literally peddling misinformation on their own war crimes 🤯 Trump's Ministry of Misinformation is such a sick concept 💀 The fact that they're trying to spin these incidents as "fake news" hoaxes when the numbers don't add up is just wild 📊 And the part about ordering the killing of survivors who were clinging to wreckage? 😱 That's some next-level messed-up stuff. I'm so glad there are some people, like Judge Andrew Napolitano and Laura Loomer, who are speaking out against this 🙌 It's clear that Trump's administration has lost all sense of truth and objectivity 🤷‍♀️ We need more accountability, stat! 💪
