man this is so sad another life lost in a place where people should be able to live without fear... i feel for kevin coleman's family and friends it's crazy how one incident can bring up the good news about nycha's efforts to reduce violent crimes... like, yeah let's not forget the 80% drop in homicide rates is still super impressive but we gotta stay vigilant too these developments are still breeding grounds for crime and safety concerns and until that changes, lives like kevin's will keep getting lost
this is so heartbreaking, a life cut short like that is just devastating... 80% less homicide rates is def a positive trend, but one bad thing happening is gonna throw everyone off we need to keep supporting these developments and finding ways to keep the communities safe it's not just about locking doors and security cameras, we need to address the underlying issues that lead to violence... hope the authorities can find out what happened and bring justice to Kevin Coleman's family
OMG, this is like so sad ... a guy gets stabbed in his own building and we're already thinking about how NYCHA has made progress? I mean, don't get me wrong, it's amazing that homicide rates have dropped by 80% in PSA 2, but at the same time, one life lost is still a tragedy. It's like, we gotta acknowledge the good vibes while also taking a deep breath and acknowledging that there's still work to be done. Can we try to find ways to support each other and make these housing developments even safer?
this is so sad I feel terrible for kevin coleman's family he was just 48 years old what's going on in our city that's making people resort to violence like this? NYCHA has been trying to improve things but it sounds like they still got a long way to go. 80% less homicides is a big deal, so why can't we keep that up?
man this is such a shockin' thing to happen in brownsville , i mean we've been hearin' about decline in violent crimes at nyccha properties but stuff like dis still happens , can't imagine how scared the neighbors must be livin' right next to somethin' like dat. it's crazy how one bad incident can bring all that progress back down to earth , still hopin the authorities can catch the guy responsible and bring some closure to kevin coleman's fam , nyccha needs to keep up the good work but also make sure they're doin' enuf to prevent this kinda thing from happenin again
