Callum Wilson and Danny Welbeck making their cases for England recall for World Cup

The article discusses the performances of two English football players, Danny Welbeck and Glenn Murray, who are enjoying strong starts to the season.

Welbeck, who is 35 years old, has been compared to a fine wine by Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler, suggesting that he gets better with age. He currently leads the top-flight goalscorers list in England.

Murray, on the other hand, scored four goals for Burnley against West Ham United and was praised for his consistent performances.

Both players' performances have led to renewed interest in their potential return to international football.

Can you believe these two guys are still getting it done at 35?! 🤯 Danny Welbeck's stats are insane! Four goals in a row, what's the secret sauce? 😂 Fabian Hurzeler must be drinking from the same cup as me when he says he gets better with age... I mean, come on, we all know that's true, right? 😉 Glenn Murray's consistency is key, I love how he's always there for his team. It's like they're old pros or something! 🤓 And can you imagine them back in the England squad? The veteran vibes would be lit 🔥.

I think it's pretty cool that these guys are killing it at 35 and beyond 💪🏽! Danny Welbeck is like a fine wine, getting better with age, I love that Fabian Hurzeler said that 🍷. And Glenn Murray's form for Burnley is incredible, scoring four goals in one game? That's insane! 😲 Both players deserve some serious consideration for England again... they're showing everyone what they can do at their age 🙌. It'd be awesome to see them back on the pitch with the Three Lions ⚽️!

I'm not convinced by all this fuss about Danny Welbeck getting better with age... 🤔 Like, what's next? Saying that a good wine just gets more expensive and old?! 😂 Anyway, I do think he's playing some top-notch footy for Brighton right now, but let's not get carried away. He's still 35, after all! 👊 And what about the other players in the league who aren't getting the same attention? Like, Murray's doing alright, I guess, but he's no Welbeck... yet! 🏆 That Burnley win was a good one, though - they're definitely on the rise now. 🚀 And yeah, maybe it's time for Welbeck and Murray to make a comeback at international level... or maybe not? 🤷‍♂️ Either way, I'm keeping an eye on these guys - they might just surprise us all! 👀

can't believe these guys are getting all the hype they do at 35 lol what's next gonna be a 40 year old player scoring goals left and right? Danny Welbeck might be decent but I'm not buying the whole "gets better with age" thing, he's just playing for Brighton now cuz nobody wanted him elsewhere anymore. And Glenn Murray's form is cool and all, but it's not like he was ever a top-tier player in his prime...anyway, international football return? please, they're just gonna get injured and be done with it

.. can you believe it? these guys are still killing it at 35! 🤯 danny welbeck is like the old school footballer, always getting better with age, like a fine wine or something 😂 fabian hurzeler's comparison is actually pretty apt, welbeck's got that experience and know how to get the job done. and glenn murray's still putting in those sorts of performances, scoring goals for fun... i mean, what's his secret? 🤔 burnley's lucky to have him! but seriously, it's great to see these guys getting the recognition they deserve. maybe welbeck will make a comeback and score a few goals for england again 😊 we need some more good old fashioned footballing talent in the national team.
