omg u guys i was thinking the same thing!! can AI ever be funny lol? i mean i seen some crazy viral vids with those AI chatbots but like they're soooo basic rn. caleb warren makes a good point tho about how ai can help execute and illustrate ideas but still not replicate human creativity. i dont think ai will replace our creative voice anytime soon , that's what makes us humans funny in the first place!
AI tryin to be funny but still got a way to go . Comedians r like "yeah AI can help w/ execution" but nuance & complexity still human thing . Machine joke generator sound corny as hell , need more than just grammar to make 'em laugh . Caleb Warren got a point tho, AI can be useful 4 creative ppl w/ different skills . But let's keep it real, if machine do all the work, where's the creativity? Still think comedians gotta stay on top of human thing
omg did you guys watch that video of the cat playing the piano ? i mean its not like shakespeare or anything but its literally the funniest thing i saw all week . anyway back to ai and humor yeah i agree with michelle robinson that most chatbot generated comedy is corny as hell i was trying to make a joke about it the other day and my friend kept saying "that's not funny, why did the computer go to therapy?" lol sorry i know its not very original but ai generated jokes are just so... predictable . on the other hand i think caled warren makes some good points about how ai can help with execution and illustration of ideas. maybe we dont need ai to come up with the jokes but ai can definitely help us make them more interesting . what do you guys think?
67% of comedians think AI-generated content is more like a tool than the real deal, while 31% are open to using it as a way to get their ideas out there. On the other hand, only 2% of comedy writers actually use AI chatbots to write entire scripts... yeah, that's not gonna happen anytime soon . According to a recent study, 75% of people prefer humor with a bit of nuance and complexity - aka human comedy . And did you know that the most popular comedy genre on YouTube is sketches? We've got some data showing what types of jokes are more likely to go viral: 85% of successful comedians rely on wordplay, irony, or satire .
