anyway idc if this show gets made or not but ed weeks is actually pretty cool i mean hes had some iconic roles already and im curious how he'll tackle this character. Charles seems like a total grump, which is kinda relatable tbh who hasn't felt like an old person stuck in modern times? 
still gotta see the whole thing b4 i can make up my mind tho

& the fact that ed weeks is playing this nobility guy from the middle ages feels like a fun twist

I'm low-key excited cuz Ed Weeks is already attached to the role - he's got that perfect mix of quirky & awkward vibes goin' on from his Mindy Project days. The show concept sounds like it could be pretty funny, especially with 500 years of vampiric marriage drama to unpack. Fingers crossed they make it a real show and not just another pilot that gets lost in development hell
