I think Hart hit the nail on the head, though it sounds harsh, but someone needs to say it. The whole 'parachuting in' thing is just not gonna cut it at this level. O'Neill had some serious pedigree, and now we're back to square one with a manager who's basically winging it. I mean, come on, switching to a 3-4-3 against Hearts? It's like throwing darts at the board and hoping for a miracle!

And don't even get me started on the Europa League match... name an unchanged team? What's next, playing with kids who are only there because they look cute?
