Chelsea searches for new manager as Premier League breaks record for most sackings in a single season | CNN

🤔 I mean, I get why they're sacking Potter - his tactics just don't seem to be working, and that scatter gun approach to recruitment is just throwing money at problems without solving them 🤑. But 6 months is a pretty short time to write off the whole tenure, you know? He's still got 10 games left in the league and a big Champions League quarterfinal coming up - can't they give him more time to find his footing? And what's with all these sackings this season? It feels like managers are getting axed left and right without anyone really figuring out why 🤯. Chelsea's got some amazing players, but they need a manager who can get the best out of them, not just throw money at them 🤑. Boehly and co will have to be more careful with their recruitment and tactics if they want to turn things around 😬

I feel like this is a classic example of how quickly things can go wrong when you make too many big changes at once 🤯. I mean, Potter was supposed to be the answer to all of Chelsea's problems, but it seems like he just got lost in the shuffle 😅. And now Boehly and his team are having to start from scratch all over again... it's like they're trying to turn back the clock to the Tuchel era 🕰️. I hope whoever they choose next can bring some stability to the team, because right now it just feels like chaos 💥

🤔 u guys think it's weird that chelsea has had like 4 managers this year already? 🤦‍♂️ they're gonna have to find someone who can actually get the best outta their team which is a pretty tall order. and can we talk about how easy it is for owners to just fire someone because things aren't going right? 🤑 todd boehly's gotta be losing his mind over this, 6 months ago he was all like "graham potter is the man" now here they are trying to figure out what went wrong...

man its like chelsea thought they could just throw money at the problem and poach some big names 🤑, but graham potter's not living up to expectations...the recruitment process was all over the place 🤯, they needed someone with a bit more structure and organization, not just a bunch of superstars on the pitch 💪

and its funny how quickly chelsea's got used to having managers come and go like that, 12 sackings already this season? thats wild! 🤯 it just shows how hard it is to keep things stable in the prem...potter was given a pretty high profile job with a big budget, but sometimes you gotta question whether its all about the money 💸

anyway, i think Boehly and his co-owners need to take a step back and have a serious conversation about what they want from their manager...is it instant success? or is it building something sustainable over time?
