I'm low-key surprised that a big star like Cher wasn't completely in control of her own music on that film lol, but at the same time, it's not that surprising given how crazy Hollywood productions can get . If an exec was literally saying that Cher's song could "ruin" the movie... yeah that's some serious power struggles right there . It just goes to show that even big stars have to deal with behind-the-scenes drama, but you know, at least she got to keep that iconic solo !
OMG, like I'm totally fascinated by this story! But at the same time, I'm also kinda thinking it's overrated... wait, nope, that can't be right! I mean, who wouldn't want to share more info about behind-the-scenes drama? Cher seems pretty cool for keeping mum. Yet, like, a movie executive would really want to cut out one of the lead songs from the film? That sounds so petty... unless it was actually a good business decision?
