OMG I'm like super confused about this spy balloon thingy ️... so China has these balloons that can collect info from US military sites and send it back to Beijing in real time ? And we're not even sure if they wiped the data after getting it ?

I get that China says it's just a weather balloon, but come on, why did it fly all the way over the US without anyone noticing? It sounds like they have some pretty advanced tech going on . And what's up with the US not telling us more about what we don't know ?

I'm no expert, but it seems to me that this is a big deal security-wise . We can't just sit around waiting for more balloons to show up . The fact that they have these balloons in multiple continents and provinces makes me think they're hiding something .

I'm like so confused about this whole thing ... I mean, if China had a spy balloon flying around over us, how did we even notice? Was it like, just sitting there waiting to be seen or something? And what's up with all the secrecy from the US government? Like, they're not even telling us what specific info the balloon collected . I'm also kinda worried about our own spy games going on... if China has a whole fleet of these balloons, that's like, a lot of extra security measures for them to have . I mean, think about it... a spy balloon basically just strayed into the wrong airspace and now everyone's freaking out . And honestly, can we really blame China for wanting to know what's going on? They're not exactly sitting back and letting the US have all the intel .

And let's be real, this whole thing is a bit of a cat-and-mouse game ‍. The US has had their own surveillance programs in place for years, collecting all sorts of signals intelligence... so are we really surprised that China can do it too?
