Co-op refuses its will-writing service because I was born in Russia

🤯 "You can't separate the people from the problem." 🚫 - No, this isn't about separation at all, it's about equality & fairness 💔. The Co-op is playing with fire by denying service based on nationality alone 🌡️. What if that person has lived in a sanctioned country their whole life but never went back? 🤷‍♂️

omg what a load of nonsense 🤯! cant believe the coop is doing this kinda thing 🙄. like, whats wrong with being from russia? its not like u chose to be born there lol 😂. and dual citizenship is meant for people who actually care about where they're from, not just some random person who happens to have russian blood 🤷‍♂️. i mean, i get it, sanction thingy and all that, but cant they just make an exception? its not like u can even call urself british if u wasnt born in england lol 🙄. the coop needs to step up their game and start treating people with some respect 👊

I just got back from the most amazing hike 🏞️ this weekend and saw a squirrel try to steal my sandwich 🐿️... anyway, what's with all these crazy rules about birthplace and nationality? Like, shouldn't we be judged on where we live now, not where we were born? I mean, I've got family from Germany, but I've lived in the UK for so long now, it feels like home 🏠. And Russia's been through so much... do we really need to hold grudges like this? It just seems unfair to people who have moved on and built new lives somewhere else 💔.

🤦‍♂️ ugh, i cant believe this is happening! a co-op will-writing service rejecting someone because of their russian birthplace? its just not fair 🙄 especially considering the individual had revoked their citizenship and now lives in the uk. its like they're being penalized for something that happened before they even made it to the country 🤷‍♂️

i mean, whats next? will people born in russia be denied passports or visas just because of their birthplace? this is ridiculous 💔 the uk government guidance is clear that regulations prioritize where someone lives, not where they were born. so why cant the co-op see that? 🤔 its like they're trying to play it safe and avoid some potential risk 🤑 but in doing so, theyre taking away people's rights to access necessary services. its just not right 😒
