just think about it lol... 2 decades gone by n everything wasnt working out rn 1 guy goes on the run, leaves country, gets caught in another, extradited back... what a wild ride this case has been i guess its good that justice is finally served tho can imagine how hard it must b for the fam n friends of Kent Projansky. glad the authorities didnt give up on it
I can only imagine how heartbreaking it must've been for the Projansky family to have to wait for so long without closure... 18 years is forever! It's amazing that investigators kept working on the case, even when all hope seemed lost . And kudos to Eileen O'Neill Burke and her team for never giving up on seeking justice, no matter how tough it gets . Justice has finally been served, but I'm sure there are still so many unanswered questions... may Kent's memory rest in peace .
Its finally happening after all these years . I feel for the Projansky family and friends who have been waiting for closure for so long. Its amazing how technology and advancements in forensic science helped crack this case again. 18 years is a long time to be without answers, but justice has finally been served . The international cooperation between US authorities with Peru was huge too. Its shows that no matter where you are in the world, we can still work together to bring justice for victims and their families .
Just saw the news about David Barklow being charged with murder 18 yrs late . Can't believe it took so long for him to get caught but at least his crime didn't go unpunished. It's crazy how much time can pass yet still justice gets served . The detective work is what impresses me here, re-examining the case in 2017 and finding that fingerprint led them straight to Barklow . Hope the family of Kent Projansky finally get some closure
