Deal For TikTok’s U.S. Operations Finalized By U.S. And China

omg u guys I just got back from china 🤩 and i'm literally still reeling from the whole tiktok drama 📱👀 I know some ppl were worried that we'd have to delete tiktok or something lol nope its all good now 🙌 so like the us and china did this deal where oracle and other investors are gonna take over tiktoks us ops 🤝 and they're gonna make sure our data is safe and all that 💯 Adam Presser from tiktok is still in charge tho 😂 can't wait to see what changes come next 🚀

So like, this deal is super interesting 🤔. I mean, it's crazy how far things got with the whole TikTok ban thing 😱. But now that it's all sorted out, I'm curious to see how this joint venture is gonna shape up 🤞. With Oracle handling user data and a new board of directors in place, I guess we'll just have to wait and see how transparent they are about their actions 👀.

One thing that's not entirely clear to me is what this means for the algorithm changes 📊. From what I've gathered, it sounds like TikTok's trying to address those data protection concerns 😬. But will it really make a difference? Only time (and maybe some thorough audits 😉) will tell.

It's also pretty cool that Adam Presser from TikTok is taking on the CEO role 🎯. He seems like a solid choice, and I'm hoping he'll be able to make good decisions for users 👍.

All in all, this deal feels like a major sigh of relief for TikTok and its US users 😌. Now let's just keep our fingers crossed that it works out as planned 🤞

man I remember when Myspace was still a thing 🙄, it's crazy how fast social media has changed since then. so now TikTok's getting saved and Oracle is in charge of the data...it feels like we're back to the good old days of Google being the only game in town 📊. but seriously, I'm glad this deal happened, the thought of ByteDance not having a foothold in the US was stressing me out 😬. it's also wild that Trump is getting all the credit for this...I mean I know he liked to tweet about it, but still 🤣. on a more serious note, I hope the new ownership will bring some positive changes to the app and not just be another iteration of the same thing 🔙.

idk why we gotta save tiktok from itself lol... it's like they're trying to create a new company just because trump got wind of the situation 🤔. 7 member board of directors? sounds like a bunch of ppl getting paid to nod at each other 😴. and now oracle gets to be in charge of our data?? u mean to tell me that tiktok's been collecting all our info without us even knowing 😳. the thing is, this whole thing just feels like another way for trump to flex his muscles... 'i saved tiktok' 👊, yeah sure dude 🙄

so like tiktok just got a reprieve from all that drama with trump and biden, and now oracle is taking the reins 🤝. i gotta admit, it's kinda interesting to see how this whole thing went down. i mean, china and the us finally came together on something, which is no joke. and good for tiktok, right? they can just focus on creating vids without all that worry about being banned or whatnot.

anyway, i'm a bit concerned about oracle's role in all this. i mean, they do have to manage tiktok's user data, but are they going to prioritize it? will they keep the app more or less... american-friendly? only time'll tell, i guess 🤔.
