Don Henley Beats Malicious Prosecution Suit Tied to Stolen Eagles Lyrics Dispute

😒 I gotta say, it's kinda wild that Horowitz thought he could just sue Don Henley and Irving Azoff for being involved in his own drama 🤯 He seemed to think that by filing a false lawsuit, he could get out of trouble... but nope! The court saw right through him 💁‍♀️ Now, I'm not saying the DA's office didn't mess up at some point (we all make mistakes), but come on, Horowitz knew he was playing with fire 🔥 Anyways, it's good to see Don Henley get his day in court and have this whole thing put to rest 🙌

I think it's pretty wild that Horowitz is still trying to sue Don Henley after he got caught out in a major way 🤯. I mean, if you're gonna try to sell stolen Eagles lyrics, don't be surprised when people want to come after you 💸. It's like, come on, man, that was some shady stuff 😒. Anyway, it's cool that the court saw through Horowitz's claims and gave Don Henley a win 🙌. Hopefully he gets to keep those handwritten notes in peace 🎸

man, can you believe this? 🙌 so some guy tries to sell stolen lyrics and then sues Don Henley for malicious prosecution? that's just wild... i mean, I get it, if someone tries to scam you, you wanna take 'em down, but this dude just seemed to be trying to get attention or something. anyway, glad the court saw through his BS and dismissed the lawsuit 🙅‍♂️ but now he's gonna appeal, so we'll just have to wait and see what happens next 🤔
