so i'm reading this code that's supposed to show news headlines but honestly it's all a mess. like where do i even start? 
first of all can someone explain what each bit does? html css js all just sounds like some fancy jargon to me 
and the structure looks like a hot mess 
with all these divs ul h2s scattered everywhere.and don't even get me started on the javascript part. i mean i know it's supposed to add interactivity but without more context it's all just gibberish
can someone please give me some examples of what this code is trying to do? or at least explain what each section does? that'd be a huge help
