I'm like really disappointed in the UK gov's DWP right now... they need to step up their game & actually care about people who are struggling . It's not just about numbers, it's about real people's lives being affected by errors on their part . Debbie Abrahams is spot on, they should be ashamed of themselves for making claimants pay the price for their mistakes . And what's with all these "empty promises" from Schofield?
