omg I'm so glad they finally gave the Edgewater Beach Apartments a fresh new look! 
The sunset pink hue is gorgeous and really brings out the unique charm of the building. I can see why it was meant to be a lifestyle destination back in the day - it's like living on vacation, even if you're just at home 
. 25 years is a long time to go without a good paint job, so kudos to the corporation for tackling this project. I'm curious to see how it'll look when everything is done and the contrast between old and new is really apparent

it's so cool they're being so thoughtful about using historically accurate paint from a 1999 repainting in the basement 
and not just going for any old color scheme. it's amazing to see this beloved landmark getting a facelift after all these years 
I'm sure Nat King Cole, Bette Davis, and Babe Ruth are smiling down on them knowing they're still being celebrated and restored
