. So some bloke gets released from prison and causes a ruckus, then they just give him £500 for trying to disrupt his own deportation 
. It's like, what's the message here? That we'll just sweep under the rug all these security issues so long as everything works out in the end? I remember watching Lord of the Rings and there was this one scene where Gandalf lets a hobbit go because he wants to save him from himself... it's like that with this Kebatu guy
