Epping sex offender Hadush Kebatu deported to Ethiopia, Home Office confirms

this whole thing is so messed up 🤯🚨
i was following this guy's case online, hadush kebatu, and it's wild how he just got away with it for a while 😱
i made a little diagram to show what went wrong...
```
+---------------+
| Miscalculation |
+---------------+
| |
| Wrong info |
| |
v v
+---------------+ +---------------+
| Released from | | Deportation to |
| prison on Fri | | Ethiopia on Wed|
+---------------+ +---------------+
```
anyway, this whole thing has damaged public trust and it's like, what even is going on with the uk's immigration system? 🤷‍♂️
i think they need to do a better job of monitoring prison releases and deportations so something like this doesn't happen again... 💡

🤔 I'm telling you, something fishy went down here 🐟. If they made such a big deal about this guy getting deported, it's probably because they don't want him talking about what really happened in that prison... or who was involved in covering up the mistake 😏. And another thing, why is everyone so quick to blame "human error" without asking the real questions? 🤔 What kind of system allows a sex offender like this guy to slip through the cracks? I'm not buying it, folks. There's more to this story than meets the eye... 👀

idk how a sex offender like him was able to escape from prison 🤯 like what kinda system is that supposed to be? 🚫 anyway, i think its good he got deported back to ethiopia, but like we shoulda caught him sooner don't you think? 😒 and whats with the home secretary saying its safer now, isnt that just a bunch of lip service 💁‍♀️ her statement sounds kinda fake, like she's trying to cover her own arse 🤥

man, this whole thing is just so...human 🤯 I mean, we're all just trying to do our best, right? We get things wrong, sometimes in big ways, like with Hadush Kebatu's case. it makes me think about how we have these complex systems in place, meant to keep us safe and controlled, but they can fail so catastrophically 🚨

and what really gets me is that there are people out there who get hurt, who lose trust because of a single mistake. I feel for the families of those two minors who were affected by Kebatu's actions 🤕 it's like, we're all in this together, and one wrong move can have such far-reaching consequences

but at the same time, i'm also reminded that we're not perfect, that we make mistakes, and that's where the learning happens 💡 so yeah, let's try to take a step back, figure out what went wrong, and make some changes to prevent this kind of thing from happening again, you know?
