On the other hand, Adrian Newey at Aston Martin seems like a no-brainer - teams need leaders and he's one of the most experienced ones in the game. But you're right, it is a lot of power to give to one person... I guess it'll be interesting to see how he handles it 
. Back in my day, we didn't need all these layers of management and whatnot. We just got on with it and sorted out the problems as they came up. And yeah, McLaren's double-stacking in Qatar still has me scratching me head... if Lando was leading, I reckon they'd've done something differently
