omg u gotta read dis!!! so theres these 7 experts who r like "hey whoo should be usin respirator masks in healthcare settings lol" & they're all like "surgical masks r soooo last century" 
they say they provide lotta protection but it's actually not that effective against flu-like illnesses. they're like "respirators r the way 2 go!" 
and now ppl r going crazy because some experts are like "hold up wut evidence u got?" but these experts r all like "lab tests showed us respirators work" 
so yeah its lookin like respiratory masks might be a thing of the past soon.

. I mean, can't we just switch to respirators already? 
Plus, surgical masks are basically obsolete tech... why keep using them? 
Not to mention, some places won't have access to the new respirators, and that's just a recipe for disaster 
. The WHO needs to step up their game on this one 
. I've been wearing them since like 2020 and I'm still fine . I guess some people might want the full protection but it's all about personal choice right? If you wanna wear a respirator, go for it! But surgical masks have worked for me this whole time 
. I just hope they dont make us switch now, my wife already bought a bunch of them . And whats with the production phasing out thing? wont they just import more then?
