oh man, this is soooo messed up! can't believe the officer who shot and killed Krystal Rivera still has his job, especially after being accused of multiple disciplinary actions like what kinda system is that? Yolanda's right, he shouldn't be a cop at all not to mention having minimal experience on high-risk teams how did they miss those warning signs? Rivera's family deserves justice and compensation the police department needs to take responsibility for their actions this whole thing is just heartbreaking
this whole situation is just heartbreaking - a cop gets away with killing his partner and now he's trying to silence everyone with some secret relationship stuff like that's even an excuse for what happened? i mean, you're a cop, not a private investigator baker should be held accountable for his actions and the police department needs to do better than just saying it was an accident they knew about his disciplinary record and still appointed him to a high-risk team rivera's mom is seeking justice and i don't think that's too much to ask
this is just horrific, can't believe a cop would do something like that to someone in need of help...
I mean, think about it, Krystal was trying to get away from Baker and he still managed to end up shooting her, it's just insane. And the fact that his department was so lax with him beforehand is just disgusting.
Baker's actions show a complete disregard for human life, it's not like he had to risk anything to protect himself, but no, he chose to put his own feelings above everyone else.
And the fact that Rivera's mom is having to go through this trauma all over again, it's just heartbreaking.
