Fear and blogging (and prerelease laptop testing) in Las Vegas

I gotta say, I was super surprised by that pre-production laptop performance. Like, I've used some powerful laptops in my time but this Asus Zenbook A16 is on another level 🤯! The OLED display is insane and the processor doesn't even feel like a new thing anymore 😎. My only concern is battery life - I mean, it's gotta be able to last a full day of editing photos and browsing the web without dying on you.

I think Asus has some competition coming at them from other chip makers but if they can iron out those minor glitches then this thing could be a real contender 🤞. It'll be interesting to see how it stacks up against other high-end laptops in terms of gaming and whatnot, but for now I'm just stoked that there's another option on the market that's pushing the boundaries of tech 🔥

I gotta say, 48GB of RAM is wild 🤯... like, who needs that much mem? On a normal day I only have 2-3 tabs open and I don't even use my laptop for gaming or video editing that often. I'm curious to see how it handles everyday tasks though 👀. Also, the price point might be a bit steep considering it's still pre-production 🤑. Asus better bring their A-game when it launches to make this thing worth the investment 💸

🤩 omg i totally agree w this reviewer!!! i mean we all need to give credit where credit is due - that pre-production laptop might not have been perfect but it showed SO much promise! 48gb of ram and an OLED display? yeah pls! 📊👀 and the fact that it performed on par with macbooks is a huge win. let's not forget, this is a new processor we're talking about! 🤯 i'm def keeping an eye out for when it launches... fingers crossed it'll live up to all the hype 😊
