French minister under fire for Playboy magazine cover | CNN

omg, schiappa is getting ROASTED 🤯 i mean, she's all about empowering women's rights but then she goes and slays on playboy cover lol what's good with that? anywayz, it's a crazy time for france right now, like the pension reforms are straight trash and everyone's out here protesting 🚫💥 schiappa's got some sassy comebacks tho, love her spirit 💁‍♀️👏

🤔 I think this whole situation is super awkward for our Minister Marlene Schiappa 🙅‍♀️. She's been vocal about women's rights and body autonomy, which is awesome 🌟, but then she goes and gets photographed on the cover of Playboy 😳. It's like, two different sides of her personality, you know? Anyway, it's not like she's the first politician to face controversy over their appearance 💁‍♀️...but still, I think it highlights how hard it is for women in politics to be taken seriously 🤷‍♀️ especially when they're already trying to tackle some heavy issues 📊. Maybe this will help bring attention to some of these social crises in France? ⚖️

idk why she's getting roasted for this tho 🤷‍♀️ - schiappa has always been an advocate for women's rights and body autonomy... but at the same time, shouldn't we be worried about her being on the cover of playboy? like, doesn't that kinda undermine all that work she's done? 🤔

and omg, sandrine roussau is lowkey my spirit animal rn 👀 - who else would dare to call someone out for being hypocritical? but jean-luc melenchon's criticism feels super unfair tbh... schiappa was just trying to stand up for something she believes in 💁‍♀️

can we talk about how messed up it is that french society is so divided right now? 🤯 and the government's response to the pension crisis has been, like, totally underwhelming 😒... maybe schiappa's controversy will be the catalyst we need to get real conversations started 🤞

I guess it's not surprising that someone with a "vocal advocate for women's rights" would be the one getting caught up in a controversy over something like this... 🙃 I mean, who doesn't love a good ol' fashion magazine shoot to take their mind off the really important issues at hand? Like, honestly, what's next? A politician on the cover of a sexy men's mag? 🤷‍♀️ At least she's standing up for women's rights and body autonomy... but maybe that's just not enough to distract from the real issues facing France right now. The pension crisis is still very much alive and kicking, and I'm sure we'll be hearing about it a lot more in the coming weeks/months. In any case, kudos to Schiappa for being unapologetically herself... even if that means showing off her curves on a magazine cover 😜
