From Guéhi to Yildiz – who could be on the move in the January transfer window?

Transfer window chatter is heating up as clubs scramble to make moves before the end of the month. One player who could be on the move is Antoine Semenyo, whose contract at Bournemouth contains a £65m release clause that becomes active for the first two weeks of January.

Manchester City have been reportedly linked with Semenyo in recent days, but it remains to be seen whether they can persuade him to leave Bournemouth. His agent has hinted that he would prefer to stay in Ghana rather than travel, so it's unclear how much of a push City will put for the striker.

Marc Guéhi is another player who could be on the move, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season. The England defender has been linked with several clubs, including Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, but Palace are unlikely to sell him in January due to concerns about how his departure would go down under manager Oliver Glasner.

In contrast, Brennan Johnson is more likely to be sold in January than stay at Tottenham. Despite starting only six Premier League games this season, the 24-year-old forward has finished as top scorer last year and could attract interest from clubs like Bournemouth and Aston Villa.

Rúben Neves, a Portugal midfielder who has been out of contract since 2023, is reportedly considering a move to Manchester United or Liverpool. The 28-year-old has been linked with Real Madrid in the past, but it's unclear whether he will accept a significant pay cut to join one of those clubs.

Ivan Toney could be another player to attract interest from Premier League clubs this January. The 29-year-old striker has scored an impressive 28 goals in the league since joining Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia and is eager to return to England if he wants to make the World Cup squad.

Tottenham are reportedly keen on signing Toney, but it's unclear how much of a deal they can negotiate with his current club. Manchester United also have an interest in the striker, as do Everton.

Conor Gallagher could be another player who will attract attention from Premier League clubs this January. The 25-year-old midfielder has made only four starts in La Liga since joining Atlético Madrid and is eager to make a move back to England before the World Cup.

Newcastle are reportedly leading the charge for Gallagher, but Crystal Palace may also have an interest in signing him on loan again. However, it's unclear how much of a wage demand they will be able to meet.

Finally, Kenan Yildiz could be the most coveted player of all this January. The 20-year-old Turkey forward has already attracted attention from several Premier League clubs and is set to sign a new contract with Juventus unless one of those clubs can persuade him to join them on a permanent deal.

With the January transfer window heating up, expect to see plenty of movement in the coming weeks as clubs try to strengthen their squads ahead of the World Cup.

think it's gonna be tough for any club to get Semenyo away from Bournemouth 🤔 he's been doing alright for them and has that £65m release clause, so i reckon bournemouth will want to keep him around. plus his agent is all like he wants to stay in Ghana lol so yeah, city might have a fight on their hands if they wanna make a move 👊

I think Semenyo would be crazy to leave Bournemouth for Ghana 😂. He's just 22 and has a whole Premier League career ahead of him! Sure, it'd be nice to play for his country, but let's not make decisions based on emotions here 💔. And what about Guéhi? I think he'd be mad to go to Bayern or Real Madrid right now - Palace need him to help them stay up 🔴⚽️. Gallagher is definitely gonna fetch a pretty penny though 🤑

Man, these transfers are getting crazy! 🤯 I think Brennan Johnson would be a solid addition to any team, he's still young and has that top scorer vibe from last season 👍. Newcastle seem like they're in the right place at the right time with their chase on Gallagher, fingers crossed they can get him back in England 🚀. And Kenan Yildiz is definitely one to keep an eye on, I mean 20 years old and already being courted by Premier League giants? 💪

Ugh, another transfer window that's just going to be all drama and stress for the players 🤦‍♂️🚫. I mean, can't they just sort things out before the end of January? And the £65m release clause for Semenyo? Get real, Manchester City, you know he's not that easy to buy 😒. And what's with all these clubs trying to sign Gallagher? Can't he just chill and enjoy his time in La Liga before returning to England? 🤷‍♂️ Anyway, I'm sure the Premier League will be flooded with more transfer gossip and speculation as usual...

I'm thinking Bournemouth should sell Semenyo ASAP 🤔👋. I mean, £65m release clause is crazy! Manchester City might have deep pockets but it's hard for them to convince him to leave Ghana if he's not even sure about joining... it's all about loyalty and the player's heart, right? 💕 Plus, what would be the point of selling a striker at his peak? 🤷‍♂️ Palace should hold out for a massive fee from Bayern or Real Madrid, though - they can't let him go cheaply. 🤑

OMG 🤩, this Jan window is gonna be LIT 🔥! I mean, can you imagine Semenyo at City? 😲 That would be a huge statement from Pep's squad. And Gallagher, wow! He'd be a perfect fit for the Magpies 🦅 Palace could try to swoop him in on loan, but I think Newcastle are serious about making it happen 💪. Kenan Yildiz is gonna be HUGE 🤯, I can already see him making waves at Juventus 😎. And Toney? Fingers crossed he gets back to the Prem ASAP ⚽️! This Jan window has all the makings of an epic transfer saga 📺, can't wait to see what unfolds 💥

just saw that brehnan johnson could be sold in january lol what happened to him at tottenham? he started like 6 games and still getting interest from other teams 🤔😂

I'm loving this time of year for football transfers 🤩! We've got some big-name players who could be making moves soon and it's going to be fascinating to watch how everything plays out 🎬. I mean, Semenyo is a great striker with that £65m release clause - whoever manages to sign him will be a huge winner 💸. And on the flip side, Gallagher has been playing some decent football in La Liga but seems like he's ready for a return to England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. Kenan Yildiz is also looking like a hot target - that 20-year-old Turkey forward could be the future of Premier League striker departments 🔥!

idk how these clubs think they're gonna make moves before jan 1st tbh 🤷‍♂️. semenyo's contract is like a ticking time bomb and i'm not sure if he'll even consider leaving bournemouth, especially with his agent saying he'd rather stay in ghana. and then there's guéhi, who's basically untouchable at palace right now. meanwhile, gallagher might be more likely to move because of the world cup 🌟 but we'll see how that plays out. personally, i think the whole transfer window is just a hype fest 😎

The big boyz are at it again! 😂 Meanwhile, this transfer business got me thinking, who's really gonna pay these massive wages and what's the real cost to these players? It's like they're playing a game of musical chairs, but with millions on the line. 🤑 And let's not forget about the agent fees, that's just another layer of complexity.

Manchester City and Real Madrid, always trying to one-up each other, it's like they're in some sort of transfer window league. 🏆 But what about the fans, are we really getting the best value for our money? I'm not saying Palace should sell Guéhi, but if they're gonna let him go, it's gotta be on their terms, you feel me?

And then there's Toney, scoring all these goals in Saudi Arabia, but is he ready to take on the big boys back in England? 🤔 Is Tottenham really willing to spend that much dough or are they just chasing a pipe dream? It's like they're playing a game of transfer window roulette.

Meanwhile, Gallagher's situation is like a real-life soap opera. 💁‍♀️ Newcastle wants him, Crystal Palace wants him, but what about his headspace? Is he gonna take the money and run or do he want to make a difference in England?

And lastly, Kenan Yildiz, who's this kid even? 😂 Is Juventus really gonna let him go for that kind of fee? It's like they're playing a game of transfer window poker, but with millions on the line.

I'm not buying it. £65m release clause for Antoine Semenyo? That sounds like a numbers game more than a genuine interest from Manchester City. Can we get some actual quotes or evidence from reliable sources that he's even considered leaving Bournemouth? And what's with the "he'd prefer to stay in Ghana" claim? How reliable is his agent, exactly? 🤔

omg I'm low-key hoping manchester city gets Antoine semenyo 🤞 he's always had potential but never got the chance to shine at bournemouth and i think he could bring a lot to our squad 💪 meanwhile rúben neves is just being too picky 😒 like, come on man join one of the top clubs already! 🙄

omg i'm so hyped for january transfer window 🤩👀🔥🎯 all these big-name players looking to make a move 🚨💼👊 semenyo, guéhi, johnson, neves, toney & gallagher 🔴⚽️ who will be the first to jump ship? 🤔 will man city manage to snag semenyo? 🤞 and what about kennan yildiz? he's already got a lot of interest from top clubs 💯👑 palace & spurs gotta make some big decisions soon 🕰️⏱️ this transfer window is gonna be EPIC 😲

omg u think semenyo would be a good fit 4 manchester city? he's def got skills but i dont no if he can handle all that pressure tho 🤔🏆 i mean, bournemouth needs him more than ever right now lol 😂 also rúben neves sounds like an interesting dude 🤝 has anyone heard of kenan yildiz tho? 🤓
