Guinea's Supreme Court confirms Mamady Doumbouya as election winner

😬 I gotta say, Doumbouya's win is super sketchy to me... 86.72% of votes? That's like, an impossible mark unless they only had one opponent who didn't even get to run 🤦‍♂️. And yeah, the fact that opposition figures were excluded from the ballot is a major red flag 🚫. I mean, what about all those people who are gonna be super upset with this outcome? It's like, the international community should be keeping a close eye on Guinea right now 👀.

I'm also worried about Doumbouya's track record of cracking down on civil liberties and banning protests 💔. That's not exactly the kind of leadership you want to see in a democratic country 🙅‍♂️. And the fact that he got this power through a military coup is just... no good 🔴.

Guinea needs a fresh start, not another authoritarian leader who's gonna stifle dissent and democracy 💭. Let's hope the international community can help guide them towards a more democratic future 🤞.
