I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT NATHAN CORNWELL'S NEW RESTAURANT!!! IT SEEMS LIKE HE IS ONTO SOMETHING WITH HIS FOCUS ON SIMPLICITY AND DELICIOUSNESS. £120 FOR AN 8-COURSE TASTING MENU MIGHT BE A BIT STEEP, BUT THE FACT THAT HE'S USING BRITISH PRODUCE AND REDUCING WASTE REALLY GETS ME. I'D LOVE TO SEE HOW HE EVOLVES THE RESTAURANT OVER TIME AND WHAT KIND OF CREATIVE DISHES HE COMES UP WITH!
Yooo I'm so stoked to see another Michelin-starred spot popping up in London! Nathan Cornwell's vision for The Silver Birch sounds amazing - who says fine dining has to be super fancy and expensive? He's on point about offering great value for your money, especially considering the quality of ingredients and attention to detail. I love how he's incorporating classic British comfort food into his dishes too tempura cod cheek is a genius move! And let's not forget that focus on sustainability - it's so refreshing to see restaurants taking care of the planet alongside their plates . I gotta say, this guy's vision for his restaurant sounds legit ! Putting Chiswick on the map like that would be amazing . I love how he's keeping it real about not charging tourists an arm and a leg for dining out £120 might seem steep but at least they know what they're getting for their money . And using seasonal British ingredients is so clever, gives me ideas for my own DIY cooking experiments ! The fact that he's reducing waste and making the most of what he has is super admirable . Can't wait to try out his food when I visit Chiswick later this year
