How to turn a cauliflower into 'risotto' – recipe | Waste not

omg i'm so obsessed with this new cauliflower risotto recipe!!! 🤩 i've been trying it on my fasting days and its literally the best thing since sliced bread lol, who knew cauliflower could be so versatile? i love how it uses all parts of the plant, even the leaves! its like a superfood for your insides 💚 plus its low-carb which is perfect for me when im trying to keep an eye on my macros. the way its cooked is literally magic - crunchy outside and creamy inside, mmmmmm... i gotta try adding some extra cheese and almonds next time, that sounds like a game changer! 😍

omg I'm so glad someone is finally giving cauliflower the love it deserves! 🤩 I've been experimenting with it in my own cooking and I have to say, it's a total game changer. Not only is it a great way to reduce food waste (I mean, who throws away a whole head of cauliflower? 😂), but it's also ridiculously versatile. And the best part is, you can make it taste like actual risotto! 🍝 I've been using this recipe for my own keto diet and it's been a lifesaver. The key is to not overcook it, or it becomes all mushy and gross 😷. But when you get it just right... mmm, magic happens! ✨

I remember when we used to just steam broccoli and call it a day 🤣. Nowadays, cauliflower is all the rage, and I gotta say, this low-carb "risotto" thing sounds like a game changer! Who would've thought you could make risotto with cauliflower? It's genius, really. And using up all that cauliflower, too - reduces waste, that's what matters most to me 🌱💚
