so they're reviving this old building and turning it into a bar? i think that's kinda cool, especially since its named after some old restaurant that used to be there... like how we can connect with history and the people who came before us? but also, what if they mess it up? 
is pine hall gonna be just another rooftop bar or will it really feel like a neighborhood spot for locals? i hope its not too pricey tho, 'cause detroit's already got some cool bars and spots that are super affordable...

. Like, who thought it was a good idea to turn an old department store into a party spot? Don't get me wrong, Pine Hall sounds fancy and all, but what about the history of that building? I mean, it's Hudson's Department Store we're talking about here! It's like they're erasing all the memories and stories from that place just to make way for some hipster bar

it would be awesome if they could get some live music or DJs going on a regular basis too that would take it to the next level lol just imagine sipping cocktails and taking in the views of detroit skyline with friends what a perfect spot for a night out 
I mean, who wouldn't want to chill with friends on a beautiful day overlooking the city? And it's great that Union Square Hospitality Group is putting their name behind it - they've done amazing work with Shake Shack. I'm curious to see how Pine Hall evolves into a regular spot for locals... will it be more of a family-friendly vibe or more of a grown-up hangout? Either way, I'll def be checking it out soon!
