. I'm thinking of all those ppl who live in hills and mountains, they're most at risk 
. We gotta be prepared and make sure our homes are safe, too 
. The govts need to step up their game, do more evacuations, set up emergency shelters... the list goes on 
. It's gonna be a tough few days, but if we all look out for each other, we'll get through this together

I'm really worried about Jamaica right now. Like, seriously, 40 inches of rain is a lot, especially in areas like the Blue Mountains where landslides can occur with ease 
. I mean, we've seen it happen before with hurricanes Fiona and Maria in Puerto Rico... roads got washed away and people lost their lives 
. The Blue Mountains in Jamaica are like the perfect storm 
for this kind of situation - steep hills and heavy rain = landslide waiting to happen 
. We gotta hope those authorities get everything ready and that no one gets hurt 
. Landslides might seem like a natural disaster, but they can be super destructive too... infrastructure can get in the way of saving lives 
. Fingers crossed for the Caribbean!
