omg what was that like? i saw the vids on reddit and it looks so scary! as a non-local, i'm still getting used to how big houston is but i guess this just goes to show that even in supposedly "safe" areas, things can still go wrong. the fact that maintenance issues weren't flagged beforehand is super worrying tho - what's being done to prevent this from happening again?
