. It's like they think they're above the law or something. This Jonathan Ross dude is basically a legend in his own mind, with all this experience as a firearms trainer and SWAT team member... but still he has to shoot someone who just wants to leave the scene! 
And now we're hearing about how he used to drag people at high speeds trying to catch them? That's insane! 
It just doesn't add up. I mean, I've heard of officers having questionable training or tactics before... but this is on another level. And Kirsti Noem labeling Renee Good as "domestic terrorism" is just plain wrong 
. We need to be calling out these kinds of abuses of power, not sweeping them under the rug
