they're literally silencing ppl who just wanna express themselves. football is such a big deal for them but its being used as a tool by the regime to control people's minds and suppress dissent. i feel so bad for mehdi taremi and all the other players who have to live with this guilt, knowing their teammates are risking life & liberty back home
