I've never taken drugs or drunk alcohol, says Zack Polanski

I'm kinda torn on this one 🤔... On one hand, I get where Polanski is coming from - it's crazy how the system disproportionately affects minorities, especially black young people. The whole "broken system" vibe resonates with me 😕. And yeah, we need to rethink our approach to substance use & addiction. But on the other hand, I'm not sure about this whole "sober leader" thing... doesn't he think it's kinda hypocritical? 🤷‍♂️ Like, if he's never taken anything, how does he know what others are going through? And is it really that simple to just "regulate" everything? Sounds like a whole lot of complicated issues to unpack 💀. Still, I'm intrigued by Polanski's stance & the potential for a public health approach 🤞. What do you guys think?

🤔 I think Zack Polanski's stance on drugs is kinda interesting, you know? Like, he's saying we should just chill out on the penalties for using stuff and instead focus on making it safe and regulated... but at the same time, not everyone agrees with him, right? 🙅‍♂️ It's like, I get where he's coming from, but what if some people do end up getting hooked on it because they're trying recreational substances without proper guidance? 🤷‍♀️ Like, we gotta balance the freedom to make our own choices with being responsible and aware of the potential risks... that's what I think anyway 😊

🤔 Polanski's stance is all about reducing harm and promoting public health. I think it's about time we reevaluate our approach to substance use 🌱 He's right, the system is broken and disproportionately affects minority groups. It's not about being "sober" or "not sober", it's about creating an environment where people can make informed choices 🤝 I'm curious to see how this plays out in the future 💡

🤔 I'm like totally confused about this drug thingy... if he's never taken anything and still thinks it should be legal 🙄, doesn't that just mean he's trying to get more followers or something? I mean, I know he says his party wants to help people, but what about all the times people get caught with stuff and go to jail? That seems kinda harsh... and also kinda unfair since like, some people are targeted way more than others because of how they look. 🤷‍♂️ Can someone explain it to me in a way that makes sense? 😅
