I gotta admit, Jeremy Corbyn trying out for a pantomime role sounds like the most surreal thing I've seen all year! 
Who would've thought that the guy who dealt with hecklers in parliament would end up as "The Wizard of Oz-lington"? 
It's actually kinda genius - he's making light of himself and poking fun at his past. And honestly, it sounds like a blast! I love that they're keeping it lighthearted and not making too big of a deal about it. More festive fun for North London, yay!

It's amazing how he's embracing his past and using it for good. As someone who grew up watching him lead Labour Party debates (I was there, 2015), it's surreal to see him doing this. Ellie Simpson seems like a great gal too, giving Corbyn a second chance to shine on stage 
Would love to see how his cameo plays out - will he be able to keep up with those high heels? 
I'm not surprised Corbyn's doing this... think about it, he's been dealing with rowdy crowds for years & now he gets to play a wizard on stage? Meanwhile, climate change is still wreaking havoc on the planet
