they're already overpaying for Jean-Philippe Mateta and that £50m price tag is just crazy, like, what's next? £100m for some random striker?

. And let's not forget that Palace are setting a new club record, which puts some pressure on the team to perform 
. The £50m price tag is still a lot to swallow, but if it means bringing in a goal-scoring threat like Larsen, then I suppose it's worth the risk 
So Crystal Palace just broke their own record for most money spent on a player in like 2 weeks... that's a bold move. £50m is a ton of cash for a striker, especially when you consider they're already struggling to keep one guy at the club 
Either way, I'm sure he'll fit right in with the rest of the team that's been, um, "exciting" so far this season

he's been on fire for Wolves this season and I think he'd be a great addition to their squad! £50m is still a lot, but I guess it's worth it if you consider how much talent they're getting in there
