Lajuana is 89, with the body and mind of someone decades younger. What are the secrets of the superagers?

I'm loving this superaging trend 🤩! It's so inspiring to see people thriving in their 70s, 80s, and beyond 💪. I think it's really cool how genetics aren't the only thing that contributes to healthy aging - our lifestyle choices and social connections play a huge role too 📈.

I'm all about finding purpose and meaning in life, you know? Whether it's trying out a new hobby or volunteering in your community, having something to look forward to can make all the difference 😊. And let's not forget the importance of staying socially active - I mean, who doesn't love catching up with friends over coffee or phone calls 📱?

I'm also loving the idea that even small moments of joy and connection can add up and make a big impact on our overall well-being 🌈. It's all about balance, you know? A healthy diet, regular exercise, and mental stimulation are all key components of healthy aging - but so is having fun and living life to the fullest 🎉!

omg u no i think its sooo important 2 stay active & engaged as u get older lol my grandma always says "stay young at heart" and im like yeah granny ur right 🤣 anyway i was reading this article about superagers and it made me think that genetics r def a factor but lifestyle is like 90% of the equation 🤷‍♀️ exercise, socializing w/ ppl & mental stimulation r key 2 stayin sharp mentally n physically. even small stuff like phone calls w/ friends or just stretchin out can b beneficial lol and dont 4get about food 🍴 fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains & lean proteins r essentials. staying socially active & engaged can help prevent cognitive decline n maintain mental health btw purpose nd meaning in life is def important too whether its thru hobbies, volunteering or tryna learn something new u just gotta find what makes u happy 😊

I think its pretty cool how these superagers have found ways to stay engaged and active even in their 80s/90s lol. I mean, phone calls with friends and family can be so simple but its amazing how much it can benefit our health. I've been trying to get more into hiking and biking since I got my bike, and its really improved my mood and overall fitness 🚴‍♀️💨
