Lawmaker Challenges ICE Plan to Hire Bounty Hunters

man...this outsourcing thing is straight outta a bad sci-fi movie 🚀 think about it, the government gonna hire some rogue bounty hunters to track down immigrants like they're fugitives in a video game 🎮 and all for a cash reward 💸 what's next? private prisons with a 'get out free' card if you've got enough clout with the right folks 💪 or is that already part of the plan 🤔

Dude, I think this is a major red flag 🚨. I mean, what happens when these bounty hunters start making money off of tracking down people? It's like, they're going to be more focused on getting that cash than actually helping people. And with no real oversight, how are we supposed to trust them? It feels like a recipe for disaster... 💥

I'm low-key worried about this plan 🤔... If bounty hunters are getting paid to track down immigrants, it sounds like a recipe for disaster 😬. I mean, what's to stop them from just chasing people around, throwing them in cuffs for no reason? That's not law enforcement, that's just vigilantism 😒. And what about all the innocent people who might get caught up in this mess? The government needs to be super clear on how they're gonna keep everyone accountable, 'cause if they can't, we're gonna end up with a whole lot of problems 🤯...

omg what a huge red flag 🚨 this bounty hunter thingy is like they wanna just outsource people hunting & tracking down ppl in their own country who might be trying to start a new life or escape violence or war?? how are they gonna ensure these companies don't become kinda like vigilantes? 💯 and the idea that ppl can get paid for doing this is super suspicious too 🤑 what's next? just private cops patrolling neighborhoods & making money off of it? 🚨😒

OMG 🤯 this plan sounds super sketchy 🕵️‍♂️! like who gives private bounty hunters $$$ to just track down ppl in the country 🇺🇸? it's so easy to imagine them just being all shady 😏 and targeting the wrong ppl or even just for $$$ 💸. we need real law enforcement, not some corporate profiteers 👮‍♂️ trying to make a buck off ppl who are already vulnerable 🤕.

I'm getting really uneasy about this idea of outsourcing immigration enforcement to bounty hunters 🚨💸. I mean think about it - we're talking about people who are essentially being paid to track down and deport others, without even going through a proper investigation or due process. It's like something out of a movie, but in real life... what if they start to get too aggressive? What if they start targeting innocent people by mistake?

I've had friends who have been caught up in the immigration system and it's already such a stressful and scary experience - you don't need some private bounty hunter showing up at your doorstep with a camera and a notebook, asking for personal info. It's just not right 🤷‍♀️. And what about accountability? Who's gonna make sure these contractors are doing things by the book? It's like we're creating a whole new breed of vigilantes, just waiting to be unleashed on vulnerable communities... no thanks 😱
