I'm loving this idea! Who says you can't enjoy a cold beer on a snowy day? It's like they're saying "Come out and play!" 
And I'm all for it, who doesn't need a little pick-me-up on a day when the snow is piling up outside? I mean, 25 cents per pint sounds crazy good right about now... 
Let's see how many people will brave the elements just to get their hands on some discounted beer. This is exactly what we need – some festive cheer in the midst of all this winter weather
