I think its cool that younger generations are breaking down barriers around mental health. They're not afraid to talk about it and prioritize self-care 
. But at the same time, I feel like we need to encourage men to be vulnerable too, you know? Traditional views on masculinity can be really limiting 
. It's like they're expected to just "toughen up" or something. Newsflash: taking care of your mental health is not a sign of weakness! 
 It's actually super strong and healthy. We need more men to step up and show that it's okay to ask for help and prioritize their well-being 
. And honestly, I think we should all try to be more understanding and supportive towards each other
