it's just not rite. The SPCA should totes get a gold star 4 speakin out & sharin dat video (I dont blame 'em lol). But seriously, law enforcement & animal welfare orgs are doin amazing work together 2 combat animal abuse 
! It's so important 4 us 2 look out 4 each other... I mean, for those furry friends too
