! I mean, sending fake texts trying to get the family's response? That's just cruel and low. And then he gets caught using an app to create a fake phone number? Come on, dude! You think you're clever but really you're just making it easier for the real kidnappers to be caught 
. The FBI is right though, they need to crack down on these scammers and get Nancy Guthrie back ASAP 
. And can we please just focus on finding out what happened to her instead of getting distracted by these fake ransom demands? My heart goes out to the Guthrie family during this really tough time

that's just lazy and it's not gonna save you from getting caught in the end anyway... and what's with all these "investigations" and warnings? when is something actually done about these cases? 
it's not like she's gonna be able to trust anyone with this new info. and don't even get me started on the family trying to negotiate through social media... isn't that just a recipe for disaster?
