It's just not safe for people to be walking around like that, you know? I mean, one minute you're minding your own biz, and the next thing you know, some psycho is swinging a baseball bat at you or stabbing you with a knife. And what's even crazier is that these attacks are happening in broad daylight - like, people were walking to work or school, and then BAM! They get attacked
