Ugh, this is just so sad
... it feels like we're stuck in some kind of Groundhog Day where gun violence keeps happening and no one's really doing much about it
. I remember when I was a kid, back in the 90s, you never saw or heard about shootings like this on the news
... it's just not something you took for granted or got used to. Nowadays, it seems like every other day there's some tragic shooting happening somewhere in the city... South Deering is already struggling with crime and poverty, but this just feels like another nail in the coffin
. I hope the police can find out what happened and bring some closure to the victim's family and friends... but at this point, it feels like a lot of questions will never be answered
