Chicago is supposed to be a safe place, right? I remember when I was a kid, it wasn't like this. Crime's everywhere now, and it's all over the news

. It's just senseless violence and the victims are always the ones who don't deserve it

... no one deserves to go through what he's going through right now. The police need to step up their game and make some arrests ASAP
