I think Pep's outburst was kinda understandable, but also really unbecoming for someone in his position

. I mean, we've all been there where we're frustrated with a call or two (or ten), and it's natural to let loose every now and then. But as a manager, you gotta be more mindful of your words and actions - it's not just about the game itself, but also about being a role model for your players and fans.
That said, I do think Pep was right to point out the issues with refereeing standards in the Premier League

. It's getting to the point where some calls are just laughable (pun intended), and it's not fair to the teams that are actually playing well. But maybe instead of taking it all out on the poor ref, Pep could've used that platform to call for real change - like more training for refs, or better use of technology to aid in decision-making.
Anyway, I'm just gonna say this: while I get why Pep was frustrated, his reaction was probably over-the-top

. Still, you can't deny the fact that refereeing is a huge part of the game, and we need to see some serious improvements if we want to keep football fans engaged
