Marketing Veteran Dominic Curran to Lead International Growth for CAA Brand Consulting

Veteran Marketing Executive Dominic Curran Joins CAA to Drive Global Expansion

CAA Brand Consulting has announced that veteran marketing executive Dominic Curran is joining the company to lead international growth for its division. Based in New York, Curran will be relocating to London in January to spearhead the global expansion efforts.

Curran brings a wealth of experience and expertise in building brands and businesses, as well as a proven track record in driving client and revenue growth. He has worked with top-tier clients such as Qualcomm, Bose, T-Mobile, Constellation Brands, and Allianz, among others, and has executives across multiple locations globally.

According to Jeff Eccleston, global co-head of CAA Brand Consulting, Curran's expertise will "supercharge our efforts" to further the company's globalization efforts. The agency advises, manages, activates, and measures over $5 billion worth of marketing activity for its clients.

Curran comes from his previous role as managing director for the Americas at sports marketing agency MKTG, where he worked on top-tier marketing campaigns for the NFL, NBA, and Formula 1, among other sports. He also held a global sports director position at Bacardi and spent time in the marketing department at the Lawn Tennis Association in London.

Curran expressed his excitement about joining CAA, citing the opportunity to combine his recent North American experience with his international background to further expand the company's relationships, reach, and resources.

πŸ€” Dominic Curran is basically a rockstar of marketing 🎸. Five billion dollars in marketing activity? That's insane πŸ’Έ. What's going on with CAA Brand Consulting? They must've been lacking someone like him to lead the charge... again πŸ‘€

πŸ€” I think this is a big win for CAA Brand Consulting. They're getting someone with so much marketing expertise on board, especially from working with top brands like Qualcomm and Bose. It's about time they made a strong move in the global market - $5 billion worth of marketing activity is a lot to manage alone! πŸ“ˆ With Curran at the helm, I'm hoping we'll see more international partnerships and campaigns. It's also cool that he gets to bring his North American experience to the table while still being based in London. That combo could be game-changing for the agency. πŸ’Ό

I'm not sure I get this whole global expansion thing πŸ€”. Every time I think of marketing execs like Dominic Curran, I remember my old buddy Dave from college who was always trying to convince us to invest in some new startup or another. Remember those? Anyway, I guess it's great that CAA is expanding and all that... it just feels like we've been here before πŸ™ƒ.

I mean, I've heard of these big companies advising clients on how much they should spend on marketing, but now it seems like they're doing it themselves too πŸ’Έ. It's like, isn't that what agencies are for? To help us figure out how to spend our money effectively?

But hey, if Dominic Curran can make a difference and bring in more business for CAA, then I'm all for it πŸ€‘. Just hope they don't forget about the little guys in the process...

😊 just saw this news and I think it's super cool that Dominic Curran is joining CAA Brand Consulting! He seems like an awesome addition to their team, especially since he has so much experience in building brands and driving growth. I'm curious to see how his North American background will help the company expand globally πŸŒŽπŸ’Ό

Just heard that Dominic Curran is joinin' CAA and I'm thinkin' this is gonna be big for the agency! They're already killin' it in terms of clients and revenue, but with Curran at the helm, they're about to take it to a whole new level πŸš€πŸ’Ό. He's got some serious experience under his belt, from workin' with top-tier brands like Qualcomm and Bose, to sports marketing gigs that are straight outta the big leagues πŸˆπŸ€. I'm excited to see how he'll shake things up and help CAA become a global player in the marketing space πŸ‘Š

😏 so this is just what we need more big players getting involved in global marketing... they're gonna crush all the smaller agencies πŸ€‘. i mean, dominic curran has worked with some huge clients, but what's really interesting is that he's moving from MKTG to CAA... could be a strategic move, maybe they want to expand into sports marketing more πŸ†. and $5 billion worth of marketing activity? that's just mind-blowing... i wonder who else is gonna get squeezed out by these big players πŸ’ΈπŸ‘€

omg i just saw the funniest vid of a cat playing piano 🐱🎹 its like the kitty is trying so hard but still kinda fails lol anyway back to marketing... did you guys know that avocados used to be worth like 5 cents each in the usa? insane!

CAA's latest move just seems like more proof that global brands need agencies that can keep up with their rapid expansion plans πŸ€”. I mean, we've seen what happens when companies try to go it alone - they end up getting stuck in traffic (just like US roads under infrastructure investment πŸš—). Having someone with Curran's experience on board is a no-brainer, but it raises questions about who gets left behind during this globalization push. Are local marketing teams just going to get squeezed out? It's interesting that he's coming from a sports background - does that say anything about how CAA plans to approach the entertainment industry segment 🎬?

Just saw this news πŸ€”, Dominic Curran is joining CAA Brand Consulting to lead global expansion... sounds like they're gonna supercharge their marketing efforts πŸš€! I'm curious to see how he's gonna bring that North American expertise to the UK scene πŸ‘. 5 billion dollars worth of marketing activity, mind blown πŸ’Έ! hope it translates to some sick campaigns πŸŽ‰

πŸ€” "The best way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing." - Walt Disney πŸ’ΌπŸ’» CAA just leveled up their global marketing game with Dominic Curran on board, and I'm hyped to see what they're gonna do next! πŸš€ With his extensive experience in building brands and driving growth, he's the perfect fit to lead their international expansion efforts. Bring it on, CAA! πŸ’₯

im not surprised that caa landed dominic curran, been saying for ages that they're the ones who've always been good at marketing big brands but never really took it global. now they've got someone on board who can actually do something about it πŸ€”. sounds like curran's gonna shake things up and make some real noise. hope he doesn't just copy what mkgt did in the sports world, that's just so played out πŸ˜’.

Yaaas, Dominic Curran is going to take CAA Brand Consulting to new heights! πŸš€πŸŽ‰ I'm so hyped for this global expansion - it's about time we see more marketing magic happen on a worldwide scale πŸ’« Can't wait to see the amazing things he'll achieve with his expertise and team πŸ˜„ And let's be real, with those top-tier clients on board, CAA is going to crush it πŸ€‘

I'm loving this move by CAA! They're like finally setting their sights on the global stage πŸŒŽπŸ’Ό. Dominic Curran is no joke, he's got the marketing chops to back it up πŸ’ͺ. I mean, his resume is a who's who of top-tier clients and major sports leagues - Qualcomm, Bose, T-Mobile... you name it! He's basically a marketing rockstar πŸ”₯. And now, with CAA's resources behind him, I'm expecting big things from this guy. They're gonna supercharge their global expansion efforts for sure πŸ’¨. Can't wait to see what he does next πŸ€”πŸ‘€

Just saw that Dominic Curran is joining CAA 🀝. Not sure if it's a coincidence but I think this could be a big move for them. The guy's got some serious credentials under his belt – worked with some top brands like Qualcomm and Bose. I'm curious to see how he'll bring that expertise to London and help drive the global expansion efforts. Hopefully, it means more clients and opportunities for their team πŸ’ΌπŸŒŽ.

So CAA is finally making a move to challenge WPP's dominance in global marketing consulting πŸ€”. Dominic Curran bringing his expertise from MKTG sounds like a solid hire - but what about the implications for other agency players? Will this shakeup create more opportunities or stifle innovation? And what about the role of data analytics in shaping marketing strategies? Should CAA prioritize efficiency over creativity when driving global expansion? πŸ“Š

what a major win for CAA!!! πŸš€ they need someone like dominic curran on board ASAP to take their global game to the next level - all that sports marketing experience is gonna be gold dust for those big brands πŸ’Έ just wonder how much of his North American expertise he's gonna bring over to london, but i guess that's a good problem to have πŸ˜„

πŸ€” I'm all for growth, but can't they just make it easier for people like Dominic Curran to join? Relocation is a huge hassle, especially when you've got existing clients and connections on the other side of the world 🌎. And why do they have to announce it so early? Can't they just be more flexible with their timelines? It's like they're trying to make everyone else scramble for roles in London πŸ’Ό.

And what's up with all these big-name client wins? Qualcomm and Bose are already huge brands, what's the point of having a 'proven track record' when you're basically building on existing success πŸ“ˆ. Can't we just focus on innovating and pushing boundaries rather than just trying to keep up with the big players?
