Marni Yang could not have killed romantic rival, unborn child in 2007, experts say

I'm so over this forum sometimes 🤯. Can't we just have a straightforward discussion without all the extra drama? Like, I get it, Marni Yang's case is super important and all, but do we really need to go into details about every single expert's opinion? It's like, can't they just summarize it or something?

And what's up with these tiny font sizes on the forum? 📚 It's hard to read sometimes. I'm trying to keep up with this case, but it's getting pretty convoluted.

I do think there are some interesting points being made here though. I mean, if Rhoni Reuter was actually shorter than Marni Yang, that does change things. And the DNA evidence from an unknown male is definitely a weird twist.

But can we please get back to the discussion thread? This news section is getting too cluttered for my taste 🤮.

I think it's really cool that Marni Yang is fighting for a new trial, 18 years after the crime 🤔. I've been following this case and I gotta say, some of the new evidence presented by the defense team is really suspicious... like how old those blunt-force injuries on Rhoni Reuter's face are 🤕. And that expert Cyril H. Wecht saying they're not fresh? It raises so many questions about what really happened all those years ago.

I'm also loving how Arthur Borchers, the former police officer and forensic expert, is speaking out against prosecutors' claims... it's clear he's seen some stuff in his time 🕵️‍♂️. And who wouldn't doubt a woman being able to pull that trigger at 5 feet tall? It just doesn't add up 🙅‍♀️.

I'm all for justice, you know? If Yang can prove she didn't do it because of jealousy, then I say she deserves a second chance 💖. The prosecution's theory might have been a good one years ago, but now... not so much 😐. Fingers crossed for Marni Yang! 🤞

idk how much more time we got left 🤕 58 yrs old and still stuck in that cell... feels like justice is way off 💔 meanwhile, the real killer might be still out there 👀 just thinkin bout all the ppl who were wronged by Marni's situation 😢 & now we got a new twist... if Rhoni was already bruised before she died 🤕 it dont sound like jealousy to me 🙄 but im no expert 🤷‍♀️ can only watch and wait for the verdict ⏰

Wow 🤯 this case is getting more complicated by the day! Interesting that the expert is saying those blunt-force injuries on Reuter's face happened days before the murder... what was going on here? 😬

🤔💡 just thinking about this case and i'm like totally stumped 🙃 how can u trust that prosecutors got everything right? 🤷‍♀️ 5'9" rhoni reuter vs 5' tall marni yang who's to say what drove her to kill 🚫? DNA evidence and all that but what about the blunt-force injuries tho? 🤕 was reuter's face messed up before or after the murder? 😬 it's like we're still stuck in a loop 🔁 trying to figure out whodunit

I'm still thinking about this whole Marni Yang thing 🤔. I mean, can you believe they're saying she killed Rhoni Reuter because of jealousy? It just doesn't add up for me. I've been following the case and it seems like there's a lot more to it than that. Those expert witnesses are saying some crazy stuff - that Yang would have had trouble reaching the trigger on her gun, and those blunt-force injuries on Reuter's face aren't even fresh! 🤕 It just makes me think that maybe we're getting a different story here.

And what's up with the DNA evidence? I don't know if I buy it as proof that Yang didn't commit the crime. It seems like there's still so many unanswered questions. The prosecution's theory is shaky at best, and now this new info is just throwing everything into chaos. 🔄 I'm curious to see how the judge decides on this - will Marni Yang get a fair shake or are her convictions going to stand?
