I'm thinkin' one thing, Lurie is gettin' a lot of flak from critics but he's still tryin', you know? 
Affordable housing is like, super tough to solve, especially when the prices are skyrocketin' like crazy 
. But at the same time, we gotta keep incentivizin' businesses to move back into the city, 'cause that's where the jobs are, right? 
The problem is, these initiatives take time, and it's easy for people to lose patience when they're seein' no results
