Mayor Lurie talks affordability, homelessness and bringing business back to the SF

I remember when San Francisco was all about tech startups and innovation... now it's like they're struggling to keep up with the prices 🤯. I'm not saying Lurie isn't trying hard, but it feels like a drop in the bucket every time he talks about affordable housing options. My aunt had a friend who lived in SF back in '98 and she could afford a whole apartment for $800 a month... now that's just crazy talk 💸. I hope these initiatives start paying off soon because right now, it's like they're playing catch-up with the rest of the country 🕰️.

🤔 I'm thinkin' one thing, Lurie is gettin' a lot of flak from critics but he's still tryin', you know? 🙏 Affordable housing is like, super tough to solve, especially when the prices are skyrocketin' like crazy 💸. I feel for the people who can't afford to live in SF, it's a nightmare 😩. But at the same time, we gotta keep incentivizin' businesses to move back into the city, 'cause that's where the jobs are, right? 📈 The problem is, these initiatives take time, and it's easy for people to lose patience when they're seein' no results 🕰️. I'm all for transparency, so let's hope Lurie's team keeps us posted on what's goin' on! 👍
